Prof. Dr. Beate Cesinger | ORCID | 
I am the co-founder of ourimpact.community – a transdisciplinary initiative that supports organizations in developing future-oriented and circular strategies. With a over ten years of experience in research, teaching, and academic leadership I bring deep expertise at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and design. After my tenure at the New Design University St. Pölten, my current focus lies in the practical application of research, the “designerly way of thinking and doing,” and in participatory, agile facilitation. I design transformation processes with strategic clarity, creative methods, and a profound understanding of social and technological challenges. My guiding principle: impact with integrity.

Since 2023, I have been leading the Marketing unit at the Department of Business Administration at Paris-Lodron University in Salzburg. My work focuses on strategy, corporate branding, and CSR, with a strong emphasis on responsibility within the circular economy and bioeconomy. Digitalization plays a key role in this process. My primary areas of expertise include market and consumer research, strategy and brand development, business model development.
